**Procurement and Facilities Manager**

Today, our Peruvian management is looking for an **Procurement and Facilities Manager**r who will be responsible to ensure, plan and structurally organize the activities of the department to carry out a cost-efficient procurement policy and contribute to the realization of the organizational objectives, whilst at the same time assuming end responsibility for the company’s facility management. Guaranteeing efficiencies, correct risk management on the Procurement side and operational continuity and workplace management on the Facility side.

The main tasks to be performed are:

- Develop and communicate a procurement/facilities business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop, communicate and administer procurement/facilities team performance and development plans and appraisals.
- Develop and implement procurement/ facilities -related training programs for the procurement team and organization.
- Conduct research to source the best products/services and suppliers in terms of best compliance, value, delivery schedules and quality.
- Delegating tasks and supervising the work of BPO and Procurement approved buyers across all departments.
- Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
- Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
- Ensure the results and presentation of monthly reports and internal controls.
- Creating and monitoring the facility’s budget
- Directs, schedules, and oversees external contractors (electricians, plumbers, excavators, roofers, painters, landscapers, etc.)
- Develops and monitors facilities budget; orders equipment and supplies and monitors inventory; makes requests for capital outlay expenditures as needed.
- Develops specifications for cost-effective campus energy management systems; supervises the operations, maintenance and repair of such systems.
- Contributes to strategic planning by evaluating and projecting future facility needs and proposing options to achieve them.
- Master in Business Administration(Desired).
- Potential careers: Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration/ International Trade Commerce or related careers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience at least 10 years.
