Work From Home Sales Representative, U.s. Markets

Thanks for checking out this job posting We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high-end maid services. We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to be part of our team. This is a fully remote, full-time, work-from-home role. Shifts will be 3 weekdays from 1pm to 9pm ET, and every weekend from 9am to 5pm ET.
Duties will include answering calls, quoting customers, and selling them cleaning services. You will be speaking to customers on the phone about our services and quoting them prices in a friendly, upbeat manner. Upselling our services to them is essential, so being comfortable speaking with US customers is important. You need to love speaking with many people each day (6-8 hours of taking calls daily) and have an upbeat, positive manner with customers (even difficult ones).
Required Experience: 2+ years of phone sales experience. Fluent English.

- A customer booked a cleaning for tomorrow (Monday) at 9am but we don't have cleaners available to clean for them. Write a text message where you ask the customer nicely if another specific time later in the week works.
- A cleaner has called in sick on the morning of a clean and we need to cancel on the customer last minute. Write a text message to a customer to try to reschedule the clean.
- A customer is not happy and wants a refund. Our business offers recleans but not refunds. Write a text message to politely decline their request for a refund and offer a reclean instead. Suggest a specific time and emphasize that our second visit will be much better.
- A customer cancelled last minute. We have a late cancellation fee of $40, write a text message to inform them that they will be charged this fee as nicely as possible.
