bjetivos del puesto:
Realizar las coordinaciones necesarias con agentes en origen para mantener informado al consignatario acerca del estado de su mercadería a través del seguimiento de la carga, manteniendo actualizado el sistema y reportes para el buen orden de las operaciones.
- FUNCIONES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Ofrecimiento y atención a los clientes para resolver dudas y recepcionar la instrucción de embarque una vez concretada la venta.

Ingresar e informar el cierre del día a gerencia con el N° de ROI que deberá generar.

FORWARDING:
Realizar Coordinaciones trader: liberación de bookings, status y envío DN.

Envío de cotización a los clientes de los comerciales y gerencia.

REVISION DOCUMENTARIA:
Envíar detalles de la reserva a1 cliente y confirmar zarpe, donde se deberá tender en cuenta el registro correcto de número de contenedores, línea navîera, BI final, puerto de embarque, puerto de destino, fecha de zarpe, fecha ETA callao y print del tracking de la naviera.

Solicitar draft pre alert al agente y/o consolidador.

Tener en cuenta los datos en la facturación estos deberán coincidir entre documentos : Vessel’s name, Cntr / seal number, Number of volumes and specific kind of packages, Gross weight, Measurement (CBM), Description of goods including NCM/HS code 'On board date, Port of loading “Port of discharge

Manejo de Liquidación/ Coordinación y recepción de facturas y revisión de fletes.

Realizar solicitud de documentos para el proceso logístico.

Gestionar la numeración y la programación en CPB SENASA.
- REQUISITOS:
Profesional técnico egresado o universitario de la carrera de Administración de Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Agente de Aduanas y/o afines.

Experiência continua de 1 año en puestos equivalentes.

Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial en Miraflores (Lima)

Conocimientos en Comercio Exterior, Importaciones(Proceso de solicitud de booking/seguimiento de carga/incoterms)

Manejo se SINTAD

Nível de inglés: Intermedio/Avanzado
