Mibanco es el primer banco peruano, líder en microfinanzas, que asume la responsabilidad de concentrar sus esfuerzos en el apoyo financiero a la micro y pequeña empresa y a los sectores de menores recursos económicos en el Perú.

**Misión del cargo**:
Liderar la visión tecnológica de las plataformas y aplicaciones que soportan la estrategia de negocio de las tribus de Riesgos y Productos,

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Definir en conjunto con otras unidades de tecnología el roadmap / plan de evolución de plataformas tecnológicas que usa la tribu
- Generar alineamiento tecnológico al interno de la tribu
- Proponer sinergias entre plataformas promoviendo la creación y uso de componentes y funcionalidades reutilizables
- Liderar pruebas de concepto o compra de herramientas en coordinación con el equipo de arquitectura.
- Asegurar en coordinación con los roles adecuados de la tribu la incorporación, priorización y aprobación de historias técnicas clave en el backlog de los squads.
- Identificar y proponer soluciones a las necesidades relacionadas a tecnología en la tribu que pueden estar relacionadas a personas (skills), herramientas o procesos.
- Crear planes de acción en base a los resultados e indicadores técnicos de los squads.
- Garantizar el uso de estándares y lineamientos en la tribu: Asegurar el alineamiento y consistencia de las plataformas / iniciativas de la tribu con estándares técnicos (tecnología, seguridad y data).
- Implementar y asegurar controles que garanticen continuidad operativa de las plataformas, prevención y soporte de incidentes
- Liderar War Rooms y coordinar lo necesario para la atención de incidentes masivos
- Documentar y presentar acciones para mitigar los riesgos técnicos asumidos por la tribu.

**Requisitos**:
**Profesional**: Ing. de Sistemas, Ing. Informática, Ing. de Negocios, Ing. Industrial u otras afines.
10 años de experiência en proyectos de transformación o reingeniería de procesos de negocio
5 años en el sector financiero.
Experiência en procesos Financieros del Front Office y Back Office.
Experiência en Diseño de arquitecturas funcionales.
Experiência en elaboración de blueprints de arquitectura de negocios.
Mapeo de MacroProcesos, Procesos y Subprocesos.
Análisis de Problemas de negocios y enfoques de propuestas de solución.
Manejo de OKRs y KPIs.
Deseable TOGAF 9 (o versiones superiores).
