En Lotus Esthetic estamos en búsqueda de personas para nuestro equipo de Customer Service, quienes trabajarían para una compañía situada en los Estados Unidos.
**Main responsibilities**
Maintain customers database up to date
Encourage customers to purchase additional services
Understand customer needs with strong objection/response handling
**Technical skills**
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent English skills (advance or native)
**Competencies and specific skills**
Customer service experience
Ability to work remotely
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Work under pressure
Analytic thinking
Flexibility
Intermedium Microsoft Office Knowledge
Work type: Full time, permanently
**Must have a laptop** with the following requirements
Windows 10 or newer
8GB RAM
Microfone
Headset
Internet connection with at least 50 MBS
**Salary**: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,900.00 per month
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English fluently (required)
