Objetivo de la posición: Garantizar el crecimiento del revenue Prepago, asegurando el óptimo desempeño del negocio mediante un análisis integral de valor. Identificar y corregir desviaciones en el rendimiento de productos, canales y territorios para maximizar la eficiencia y el impacto en los resultados.

Principales funciones:
Recarga:
- Realizar proyecciones de montos, usuarios y otros KPIs clave para el seguimiento de recargas.- Analizar el desempeño de recargas a nível de canal, producto y territorio, identificando oportunidades de mejora y optimización.- Evaluar el rendimiento de los procesos y herramientas de distribución, asegurando su efectividad y eficiencia.- Gestionar y optimizar dashboards y reportes para ofrecer un seguimiento integral y en tiempo real del negocio de recargas.

Market Share:
- Realizar un seguimiento integral y continuo de la evolución del market share, asegurando la identificación temprana de tendencias y oportunidades.- Analizar el impacto del desempeño del negocio Prepago en la cuota de mercado, buscando áreas de crecimiento y optimización.- Ejecutar análisis ad hoc para identificar oportunidades de mejora, problemas potenciales o buenas prácticas en el desempeño de los territorios, impulsando la eficiencia y la competitividad.

Servicios VAS:
- Gestionar dashboards y reportes para el seguimiento del rendimiento de los servicios activos, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.- Realizar análisis del comportamiento de los clientes que utilizan los servicios VAS, identificando patrones de uso y oportunidades para mejorar la oferta.

Préstamos:
- Gestionar dashboards y reportes para un monitoreo continuo del desempeño de los préstamos, evaluando indicadores clave como crédito disponible, préstamos activos y pagos.- Realizar análisis del comportamiento de los usuarios de préstamos, enfocándose en la adopción del producto, incobrabilidad, adopción y abandono de producto.
