Customer Experience es el departamento que se encarga de diseñar, implementar y asegurar la experiência de las tiendas (Partners) y clientes a través de nuestros canales de atención, con cada contacto. El equipo está conformado por CX Supervisors, CX Representatives y es liderado por un CX Manager. **Responsabilidades**:
- Ejecutar las atenciones y el soporte a las tiendas / clientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del protocolo de atención y los SLAs de atención.
- Cumplir con los objetivos que se definan para los indicadores de gestión, foco en nível de satisfacción, productividad y TMO.
- Alertar de las incidencias que se identifiquen durante las atenciones y el soporte de tiendas / clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora para la experiência de las tiendas y clientes y plantear alternativas de solución.
**Requerimientos**:
- Mínimo 1+ año de experiência en: Customer Experience o Atención al Cliente.
- Experiência usando sistemas o aplicaciones de atención, CRM y registro y experiência con Zendesk deseable.
- Experiência en el sector de Telecom o Banca.
- Características: Proactivo, colaborador, flexible y organizado.
