**About the Role**:

- Serve as liaison between client and creative team by identifying clients’ needs
- Manage accounts, develop strong relationships with brands, manage presentations and conduct meetings when necessary.
- Respond to all client inquiries on a day-to-day basis
- Lead, organize, activate and control day-to-day processes
- Lead project executions, processing job orders, working collaboratively with the design team or other AEs to meet Client deliverables
- Attend relevant internal and Client meetings and proactively contributes to conference reports by compiling notes indicating key points and clear next steps including stakeholders
- Possess/portray a strong positive, professional attitude at all times and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proof all Client facing documents published by Graphic designers

**Job Requirements / Skills**
- Broad knowledge and experience in Office, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Some knowledge and experience in graphic design jargons.
- Understanding of the Client’s industry and business. Ability to build relationships and gain trust
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality
- Above average skills in proactive accountable, result oriented
- Ability to multitask, organized, analytical reasoning of design and research
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to develop and maintain external and internal business relations, all levels seniority communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Years of experience: 2-3+ years’ experience as an Account Executive or related role in an advertising or marketing agency
- **Fluent in: Spanish & English (speaking & writing).**:

- Above average skills in Public Speaking
- Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills. A “DO IT NOW” mentality

Pay: From S/.4,560.00 per month
