**Descripción del puesto**:
En AGUNSA PERU estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Customer Service para el Depósito Temporal de Contenedores, ubicado en Callao.
**Funciones**:
Atender, gestionar y hacer seguimiento a todos los requerimientos (consultas, reclamos, reportes, entre otros), de las cuentas (clientes) asignadas, tanto por correo electrónico como por vía telefónica.
Transmitir internamente a las áreas correspondientes, los requerimientos del cliente y realizar un adecuado seguimiento que garantice el cumplimiento de estos de forma oportuna.
Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a las notas de crédito correspondientes al área Comercial (descuentos comerciales, errores propios del área y cambio de facturas solicitados por el cliente), como máximo dentro de los siguientes tres (03) días útiles de haber sido solicitadas.
Elaborar reportes mensuales de Movimiento de Carga (direccionamientos) de cada una de las cuentas asignadas, y presentar a su jefe inmediato.
Llenar debidamente y de forma diaria, el registro de reclamos recibidos, y hacer el seguimiento respectivo hasta el cierre del mismo.
Coordinar internamente los requerimientos particulares del cliente, siempre que estos no vayan en contra de los intereses de la empresa, y que los mismos se encuentren autorizados por su jefe inmediato.
Coordinar el pago de vistos buenos, Gates u otros servicios cuando correspondan, o sean parte de los servicios ofrecidos.
Realizar el enlace de acuerdos comerciales en el sistema integrado de gestión cuando corresponda (acuerdos de agentes de aduana y operadores logísticos).
Realizar el registro de comisiones adicionales solicitadas por nuestros clientes (agentes de carga, agentes de aduana u operadores logísticos), ni bien estas sean solicitadas. De modo tal que puedan ser consideradas al momento de la facturación de nuestros servicios.
Elaborar los diferentes reportes que hayan sido acordados con nuestros clientes, dentro de los plazos establecidos.

**Requisitos**:
Profesional Técnico o Universitario de Administración, Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
Experiência mínima de 1año en atención al cliente en el sector de servicios logísticos portuarios (Terminal, Agencia de carga).
Conocimientos en operaciones de leasing, comercio exterior y legislación aduanera.
Dominio de idioma ingles a nível intermedio - Avanzado (deseable)
Manejo de Excel a nível intermedio.
Disponibilidad para laborar en el Callao.
