You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
- Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
- Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Responsable de liderar la operación E2E de Mondelez Logistics, del almacén de Planta Lima, para tener la operación con los mejores estándares de seguridad, busque la excelencia y la agilidad en la ejecución para garantizar los mejores níveles de servicio y al mejor costo posible, así como la calidad y la seguridad alimentaria. Este puesto también es responsable de buscar la mejora continua y las productividades necesarias, en colaboración con los socios logísticos (3PL), clientes, el equipo de servicio al cliente y el equipo de ventas para apoyar el crecimiento del negocio y garantizar la integridad.

**Responsabilidades principales**.
- Sensibilizar y mantener vigentes con el personal a su cargo el cumplimiento pleno de políticas y procedimientos establecidos por Mondelez Internacional respecto a buenas prácticas de manufactura, calidad, seguridad y ecología, entre otros.
- Promover e impulsar la mejora continua entre sus colaboradores para que los procesos de recepción de materiales, resguardo, surtimiento y control de los mismos estén enfocados hacia el logro y superación de los estándares establecidos por Mondelez Internacional.
- Optimizar los espacios en almacén garantizando que todos los materiales se mantengan ordenados, limpios y debidamente identificados, de tal forma que se facilite la localización, surtimiento y rotación de los mismos sin poner en riesgo la operación normal de las áreas de producción
- Asegurar que la información esté actualizada en sistema SAP de todos los movimientos de entrada, liberación, surtimiento y rechazo de materiales.
- Elaboración, revisión y autorización de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo relacionadas con almacén
- Mantener el equipo e instalaciones del área de almacén en óptimas condiciones de operación, con el objeto de garantizar un buen servicio a nuestros clientes y proveedores, así como la calidad de nuestros productos y la seguridad de las instalaciones, equipo, materiales y del personal.
- Coordinar la toma física de inventarios de Almacenes según cronograma
- Elaboración y administración de presupuesto del área de almacén de Planta Lima.
- Asegure los estándares de calidad en cada una de las operaciones exigiendo el cumplimiento de la política de calidad de los 3PL. Cumplir y cumplir con los estándares establecidos por la empresa en programas corporativos como Buenas prácticas de fabricación BPM, QCMS, ISO, HACCP.

**Educación/ Titulaciones**:

- Graduado universitario en ingeniería industrial o relacionada.

**Requisitos específicos del puesto**:

- Manejo en SAP requerido
