**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical support for end users on a daily basis. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when specialized technical support and specific activities are required.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Ability to manage and prioritize requirements and initiatives.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- A methodical and orderly approach to implementing user specifications.
- Project Management Methodology.
- Excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP PM plant maintenance (required)
- Knowledge of Osisoft PI (required)
- Knowledge in SAP BTP, MM-WM (desirable)
- Databases (SQL, Access, etc.) and networks (Servers, LAN, etc.)
- Web programming language (.NET &, PHP or Java).
- Document management solutions (SharePoint, Open Text, eRoom, etc.)
- Web programming language (.NET & PHP).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- A career in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, and similar careers.
- At least 7 years of combined SAP ABAP / JAVA /.NET / HTML5 and ERP experience.
- Implementation of SAP PM, minimum experience of 4 years (or key user of 5 years)
- Knowledge of databases and networks, minimum experience of 3 years.
- Knowledge of industrial systems, minimum experience of 5 years.
**WORK CONDITIONS
- On-site work at the plant (located at KM 163 Panamericana Sur). Work at the plant may be combined with virtual work at home
- Work regime: 5 x 2
- Transportation to the plant, lodging, and food is provided.
