**This position reports to**:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead negotiations with key suppliers and regularly update price lists, terms and conditions.
- Understand project targets and design and implement a plan for sourcing to reach the targets.
- Initiating supply orders in the system, confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
- Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing as per available guidelines. Overseeing supplier performance and recommending solutions / resolving performance issues within the scope.
- Assessing current suppliers and developing new suppliers to fulfill company requirements on supplier qualification, HSE, Sustainability and Integrity.
- Conducting all supply chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.

**Your background**:

- Administration /Industrial Engineering career.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing / Logistics area.
- Knowledge in import process management.
- Intermediate English level.
- Solid knowledge of international logistics and local transport.
- SAP MM at user level. Desirable knowledge in Ariba
- Intermediate/advance Excel level. Desirable knowledge in Power BI.
