**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provides the best feedback to the customer
- Communicates with customers through various channels
- Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints or confusion
- Keeps record of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Runs reports and analyzes energy data
- Monitors and troubleshoots customer issues over the phone
- Request replacement hardware from manufacturers and works with project coordinator to schedule truck rolls
**Requisitos**
- Egresado o Bachiller en Interpretación y traducción o carreras afines al puesto
- 02 años realizando funciones similares
