We need a skilled specialist to set up and manage pricing experiments, provide support, and collaborate with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Experiment Management: Set up new price tests for clients, track performance, and analyze results.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver results.
- Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure successful experiment execution.
Requirements:
- Customer Success experience in SaaS environment.
- Technical understanding of React.js and Next.js development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
