**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** SQL Technical Assistance**:Utilize SQL for data retrieval and manipulation to effectively support customer needs, indicating a blend of customer service and technical capabilities.
- ** High-Quality Service**:Commit to outstanding customer service, reflecting FuelTrac’s standards through personalized support and proactive problem-solving.
***Requirements**:
- **Customer Support Experience**:Proven background in customer support roles, showcasing the ability to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- ** SQL Proficiency**:Understanding of SQL, capable of executing database queries to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
- ** Excellent English Communication**:Strong verbal and written English skills for clear, effective customer interactions.
**Experience and Skills**:
- Bilingual with Strong English: Ability to communicate fluently in English and another language, beneficial for a multicultural customer base.
- Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in customer support, indicating a developed skill set in handling complex customer interactions and technical issues.
- Technical and Additional Skills: SQL knowledge and familiarity with the software industry preferred.
- Experience in call centers or sales environments is advantageous, enriching customer engagement and resolution strategies.
