We are a fast-growing enterprise software company, and our product has strong machine-learning, web, mobile, and messaging components.

As we enter the US market, we are looking for a Global B2C Growth Manager to enhance our Latin-America built platform and scale it to thousands of enterprises in multiple geographies, including the US.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet or exceed monthly quarterly revenue expectations
- Identify and understand customer HR challenges to prepare and prepare and present a customized recruitment strategy
- Develop and execute a sales strategy and sales plan metrics
- Own the contract and contract renewal process
- Capture leads and opportunities in Levee's CRM
- Build and maintain customer relationships and set proper customer expectations
- Ensure customer issues are resolved in an effective and timely manner, and informing leadership of any problems that may arise
- Provide regular input on all existing and prospective customer activity
- Research and stay abreast of existing and prospective customer industries to provide world-class solutions that will help customer's reach their goals

**Skills and Responsibilities**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years global B2C sales experience, SaaS experience preferred
- Strong track record of regularly meeting / exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven ability to build customer relationships
- Experience negotiating customer contracts
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and constant change
