After Sales Coordinator

Responsable del manejo de la supervisión, optimización, control y evaluación de la operación diaria, semanal y mensual de la Red de Centros de Servicio autorizado en su país y todo el servicio post venta (desde el manejo de auditos de garantía, coordinación de destrucción de productos, coordinación de actividades de soporte junto con comercial activaciones y ferias, manejo de reclamos) al igual que el manejo de las ventas total del SBU de repuestos y dar soluciones óptimas en el suministro de repuestos para cubrir las reparaciones de los clientes dentro y fuera de garantía, al igual que el manejo sano de inventarios en los importadores de PSD para garantizar el manejo adecuado del costo de garantías total país a través de los Centros de Servicio Autorizados para los mercados de Panamá, Caribe y Venezuela.
