Actualmente nos encontramos reclutando un People & Performance Advisor - Lima, para trabajar con nuestro equipo.

**Acerca del rol**
- Effectively deliver advice and support the execution of people related processes to the business managers, meeting immediate business requirements and coaching and advising managers during their decision making process to ensure alignment with Ausenco principles
- Support current change management initiatives and revising P&P practice and policies to ensure adaptation of best practice P&P solutions are immediate challenges for our P&P teams.
- Propose, Design and execute iniatitives in order to increase employees engagement and performance.

**Acerca de ti**
- Ingeniero Industrial, Administración, Psicología (o carreras afines) Titulado y Colegiado.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a related industry sector.
- Proven ability to mentor and influence effectively, and manage conflict within a working environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability as well as the ability to multi-task will ensure success in this role. Be accountable. Understanding of Accountability concept is a MUST.
- It is essential that you have English language skills for this role.
