**About the role**

**What will you have to do day in day out**:

- Handling crisis cases
- Tasks related to Customer satisfaction and support
- Assist supervisor with daily operative tasks
- Guide the team with CX info and processes knowledge
- Handling of tickets assigned to the CCE team
- Satisfactorily achieve the proposed indicators
- Be aware of processes and guidelines for the area, and be willing to share feedback with your supervisor
- Embrace and live Beat values and culture

**What you need to have**:

- CX experience (at least 2 years)
- Experience handling critical calls
- Ability to understand and follow procedures
- Ability to solve cases without procedures
- High resilience to adapt to constantly changing
- Willingness for continuous learning and development
- Team player with a great attitude and passion for technology
- Technical or university degree

**About the interview process at BEAT**

During our interview process, we want to learn about you but also provide you with a good understanding of what it’s like to work at Beat. We will introduce you to several team members and stakeholders to make sure you can ask all your questions.

Here is what you can expect:

- An initial conversation with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- An introductory meeting with your potential future manager
- Usually a take home assignment that you will need to submit by the agreed deadline
- The last stage of the interview process will be meetings with the team and internal stakeholders.
