Descripción del puesto:El Business Developer Executive (BDE) es encargado de la ejecución y seguimiento de las estrategias comerciales que se trasladan por la cadena de valor hasta el punto de venta; entre los que destacan el cumplimiento de nest sales, el relacionamiento con clientes (distribuidores), el desarrollo cuentas claves; el desarrollo de canales de venta; y la ejecución de programas promocionales para clientes y shoppers en punto de venta.
Principales funciones:Estrategia de zona/ cuentas asignadasAnálisis reportes realizados por Business Intelligence para el análisis del mercadoEjecutar el análisis de clientes/ canales potenciales por zona asignadaSuministrar información para el análisis de la competenciaIdentificar oportunidades de mercado tradicional y en sus diferentes subcanalesRealizar y gestionar el plan para la estrategia de la zona asignadaEjecuta planes para dinamizar el sell outGestión de las cuentas asignadasNegociación de cuotas de compra, venta y cobertura con las cuentas a cargoManejo y gestión de FFVV del distribuidor de las cuentas a cargoGestión de cartera (cuentas por cobrar) de las cuentas a cargoAsegurar una adecuada disponibilidad de inventario de las cuentas a cargoGenerar relacionamiento con los líderes y compradores de las cuentas a cargoMantiene foco total en la generación de la demandaImplementación de estrategia y plan en punto de ventaEvaluación del comportamiento de los precios en sus canalesComunicar e implementar los cambios de precios en el tiempo correctoTraslada objetivos de net sales, promociones al cliente; ejecuta y redefine plan si es necesarioAsegurar la correcta implementación del plan promocional de Customer Marketing en sus cuentas y canalesEvalúa las propuestas comerciales definidas como compañía en su territorioGestión y control de net salesValida las cuotas de sell in / sell out para cuentas asignadasDefine budget de deflatorAsignación de deflator por cuentaNegociación de objetivos con clientes de forma mensualSeguimiento a alcance de objetivos de forma diariaRequisitos:Bachiller de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing o Administración, preferiblemente estudios relacionados a la actividad comercial.Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas de canal tradicional.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (escrita y oral).Capacidad para manejar los cambios continuos en el negocio.Mentalidad de mejora continua con capacidad demostrada para identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos para eliminar trabajos que no agregan valor.Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.Compromiso con el servicio tanto a clientes internos como externos.Altas habilidades de automotivación.Pensamiento crítico.Enfoque en resultados.For more information about this JOYful Company, visit www.edgewell.com #INTEdgewell is an equal opportunity employer.
