Senior PHP Developer at BairesDev
As a Senior PHP Developer, lead the development of sophisticated PHP-based web applications. Your role includes overseeing project development, mentoring junior developers, and integrating the latest web technologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable web solutions.
What you will do
1. Oversee the design and development of sophisticated PHP applications, aligning them with business and technical requirements.
2. Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
3. Make strategic decisions related to software architecture, performance optimization, and addressing technical challenges in PHP.
4. Champion best practices in PHP development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
5. Drive innovation by exploring and integrating new PHP technologies and frameworks into software projects.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features and functionalities, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
What we are looking for
1. 5+ years of experience with PHP.
2. Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.

4. Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
