We're looking for a motivated and driven Operations Specialist who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You will set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners and become their trustworthy partner.
- You train, support, and develop the drivers towards our international quality standards.
- You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the Peruvian market.
- You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new route.
- You will be responsible for customers’ NPS quality evaluation on our local Bus Partners.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation or related studies.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in travel, logistic or mobility services.
- The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills.
- Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality.
- Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop an international venture with us.
