And that’s where you come in.**Role Summary:** The Technical Site Manager is responsible for the supervision and technical coordination of corrective maintenance activities and the delivery of new vehicles, including warranty-related tasks. The role includes active involvement in testing, commissioning, and integration of onboard systems during vehicle handover phases, ensuring full functionality and compliance with technical specifications.**Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee and manage corrective maintenance operations and warranty activities.* Coordinate and support testing and commissioning activities for new vehicles.* Ensure proper integration and functionality of onboard systems during delivery.* Monitor and report technical issues, fault trends, and system performance.* Provide support to engineering and design teams in refining and implementing identified technical solutions.* Deliver structured feedback and improvement proposals to Hitachi Rail’s technical department.* Ensure adherence to maintenance timelines and performance targets.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet reliability and operational efficiency.**Qualifications:*** Experience in rolling stock maintenance, testing, or commissioning.* Strong understanding of onboard systems and vehicle integration processes.* Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and suppliers.**Education/Qualifications** Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic engineering or Technical High School.**Languages**Spanish and English Proficiency.At Hitachi Rail, there is a place for everyone.
