Senior Manager – Email & Lifecycle Marketing Brisbane CBD | Hybrid (2 days office) | Permanent This is a newly created senior role focused on transforming how a large, high-volume customer base is engaged across email, SMS, app, web and paid channels. The organisation has strong capability and best-in-class tooling in place, but what’s missing is a clear, customer-centric lifecycle strategy and we are seeking a leader who can take the team forward. You’ll be responsible for setting the owned-channel strategy, challenging the status quo, and leading a capable team through a shift from broadcast-style communications to intelligent, personalised orchestration across the customer journey. What You’ll Be Doing - Own and define the email and lifecycle marketing strategy across customer journeys - Design and evolve multi-channel orchestrations across email, SMS, app, web and paid touchpoints - Shift communications from “one message to all” to data-led, segmented and journey-based engagement - Drive revenue outcomes from owned channels, balancing commercial impact with customer experience - Work closely with data, product and digital teams to embed propensity, churn and upgrade insights into journeys - Lead and influence two Marketing Managers and a broader team of specialists - Challenge legacy approaches and help the team test, learn and evolve - Prepare the function for a future state where customer behaviour is unified across channels - Lead a team of 7 including two Marketing Managers What We’re Looking For - Demonstrated experience in email marketing and lifecycle / CRM marketing - Proven ability to set strategy and lead teams through change - Comfort working with data teams and understanding propensity, churn and behavioural signals - A collaborative leadership style - Experience in large, complex customer environments - You know how to turn data and insight into better journeys - You enjoy working with smart people and building momentum together Why Apply - Brand-new role with genuine scope - Hybrid working (Tuesday & Thursday in the office) How to Apply Submit your resume outlining your experience in email and lifecycle marketing.
