We are currently looking for customer service advisors to work to support our US users.
Responsibilities
1. Handle multiple conversations (chats/calls/emails) simultaneously with customers.
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions with customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
4. Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
5. Document customer interactions and update customer records.
6. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
8. Exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Qualifications
1. Ability to speak/write/read fluently in Spanish & English.
2. Digital literacy.
3. Data entry & writing skills.
4. Knowledge of Google products (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
5. Product knowledge on E Hailing, Products & Services, Travel/Couriers.
6. Competent verbal and written communication.
7. Native language speaker (depending on the supported country).
8. Typing skills (min. 100 words per minute).
9. Experience in using Customer Service CRM (SalesForce/Zendesk/Zoho).
