Specialist Engineer, Technical Sales Support

Introducción

Proveer soporte y asesoría técnica normativa a nuestros clientes y al equipo de ventas, en base a sus requerimientos referidos al uso de productos de la compañía (chutes, tolvas, conveyors). Así mismo, identificar oportunidades para la implementación y venta de productos y servicios de la compañía, contribuyendo al éxito y desarrollo de nuestros clientes y negocios.

Que deberá hacer

- Levantar información de campo requerida por nuestros clientes para el desarrollo de las oportunidades de negocio en los productos como chutes, tolvas, conveyors.
- Identificar y recomendar soluciones a los problemas críticos con nuestros clientes orientados a la línea y productos de su alcance.
- Formular propuestas técnicas realizando el seguimiento al envío de las mismas.
- Generar recomendaciones dentro de la organización para mejorar la calidad y profundidad del servicio ofrecido.
- Buscar la fidelidad del cliente mediante el soporte y asesoría técnica de calidad.
- Detectar e informar sobre nuevas tendencias de mercado y cambios estratégicos de los competidores.
- Construir y mantener relaciones que permitan generar nuevos negocios.
- Realizar entrenamiento a clientes y al equipo de trabajo en materias de mantenimiento y reparaciones de equipos y componentes.
- Gestionar la resolución de los reclamos, participar de la investigación técnica y realizar el seguimiento para el cierre correspondiente.
- Atender emergencias en relación al suministro de repuestos.
- Recibir y transmitir el feedback de satisfacción del cliente en forma constante y continua al equipo de ventas.

Que perfil deberá tener

- Título profesional de Ingeniería Mecánica, Metalúrgica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o similar.
- Experiencia laboral de 7 años en el rubro.
- Conocimiento en el procesamiento de minerales.
- Conocimiento de variables operativas que afectan desempeño de los consumibles, principalmente en equipos de minería tales como molinos horizontales, bolas y SAG.
- Adicionalmente, Chutes de transferencia de material, Tolvas de camión y Conveyors.
- Conocimiento en tipos de revestimientos y sus diferentes materialidades.
- Agregará valor conocimientos en software de diseño o análisis, nivel básico. Tales como Inventor, Rocky, Ansys, etc.
- Conocimientos en lectura de planos.
