Requirements - 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience. - Proven success in scaling revenue in SMB or mid-market SaaS. - Strong understanding of key SaaS metrics like ARR, CAC, and churn. - Expertise in modern marketing channels and sales processes. - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions. - Experience in leading high-performing commercial teams. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Fluency in English and French. - Comfortable in a fully remote environment.
