Job Title Technical Site Manager Location Lima, Peru Role Summary The Technical Site Manager will supervise and coordinate corrective maintenance activities and the delivery of new vehicles, including warranty‑related tasks. The role involves active participation in testing, commissioning, and integration of onboard systems during vehicle handover phases, ensuring full functionality and compliance with technical specifications. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage corrective maintenance operations and warranty activities. - Coordinate and support testing and commissioning activities for new vehicles. - Ensure proper integration and functionality of onboard systems during delivery. - Monitor and report technical issues, fault trends, and system performance. - Provide support to engineering and design teams in refining and implementing identified technical solutions. - Deliver structured feedback and improvement proposals to Hitachi Rail’s technical department. - Ensure adherence to maintenance timelines and performance targets. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet reliability and operational efficiency. Qualifications - Experience in rolling stock maintenance, testing, or commissioning. - Strong understanding of onboard systems and vehicle integration processes. - Excellent problem‑solving and reporting skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and suppliers.
