Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a dynamic environment providing excellent patient care.

About the Role: As a Surgical Technician, you will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, maintaining equipment, and assisting surgeons during procedures. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a safe and efficient surgical experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of surgical supplies and inventory
  • Assist surgeons during procedures, as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 18 months of hire
  • Associate's degree in Surgical Technology or related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential
