This challenging role involves delivering high-quality service operations and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. As an expert in electrical systems maintenance, you will need to execute medium-to-high-complexity service work – installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits – according to work instructions and in accordance with Schneider Electric processes, standards and safety guidelines.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain adherence to Schneider Electric's policies, practices and procedures.
  • Install, commission and maintain Schneider Electric products and competitor equipment.
  • Perform regular, scheduled and emergency maintenance on equipment.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges.
  • Analyse and interpret technical documentation, regulatory requirements and equipment data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Attain necessary certifications and accreditations as stipulated by business and country regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Elevate quality or technical concerns detected during fieldwork.
  • Effectively communicate Schneider Electric's Ecostruxure offer to customers.
  • Utilize digital tools designed for SE FSR.
  • Monitor installed base assets.
  • Offer expert guidance to customers on optimizing their installed base and creating business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer electrical systems and equipment (MPS walkthrough).
  • Embody Schneider Electric's brand values through exceptional customer service.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, Electromechanical or related disciplines.
  • 4-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Significant expertise in the execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits of MV and LV electrical equipment and electromechanical activities.
  • Proficiency in using test and diagnostic equipment.
  • Expertise in protection relay configuration and testing, coordination and protection studies and electric arc studies.
  • Able to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and theory of operation manuals.
  • Experienced in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Lead generation in Salesforce.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in key companies within the electrical or oil sectors.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
