The Regional Market Developer will be responsible for driving the performance of assigned territories and account management for their regions. This role requires a clear understanding of the operators within their territories, as well as the ability to develop strategies that position group brands widely and achieve strategic beneficial partnerships.
This individual must also stay on top of regulations and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Territory Roadmap to establish the Group's presence in the market;
- Provide feedback to the business regarding the needs of clients/territories;
- Analyze costs and ROI based on compliance entry, marketing events, and product development to aid new market entry success;
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to optimize business development in each market;
- Work with the BI team to provide Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and market analysis;
- Contribute to the marketing roadmap based on territory landscape insights;
- Liaise with internal resources and operators to execute promotional fulfillment and campaign analysis;
- Monitor campaign performance to identify issues and escalate them promptly;
- Partner with the Marketing Department to optimize strategy and meet KPI targets;
- Promote the entire range of Company products;
- Distribute information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities;
- Establish and maintain effective key account relationships;
- Act as an intermediary between internal departments and customers;
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and drive resolution actions;
- Perform root-cause analysis, driving continuous improvement, and execution of solutions;
- Audit and validate customer needs regularly;
- E nsure timely delivery of Company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Ensure proper, high-quality execution of consulting obligations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience from the gambling industry;
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent people relations and communication skills;
- Excel management skills;
- Data analytic mindset is a plus;
- Tableau knowledge is a plus;
