As a member of the Regional Finance Development Program, you'll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, developing financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial models to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, including AI, machine learning, and RPA, to improve financial processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field, as well as 3-5 years of work experience in financial areas. Advance English language skills are also essential, with a willingness to learn other languages an asset.
