- Share information about upcoming game releases and opportunities with customers.
- Build and maintain effective key account relationships.
- Serve as an intermediary between internal departments and customers.
- Resolve customer issues and drive resolution action.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, implement continuous improvement, and execute solutions.
- Anticipate, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
