Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to execute promotional campaigns and analyze marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance to identify potential issues or problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize strategy and meet KPI targets.
  • Represent the full range of our products to clients.
  • Share information about upcoming game releases and opportunities with customers.
  • Build and maintain effective key account relationships.
  • Serve as an intermediary between internal departments and customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and drive resolution action.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis, implement continuous improvement, and execute solutions.
  • Anticipate, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
