About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Online Wholesale Account Executive to join our team at adidas. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in assigned online wholesale accounts through effective sales execution and relationship building.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets for assigned online accounts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with assigned online accounts, coordinating all communication and developing long-term partnerships.
- Monitor account financial data and mitigate risks early to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Digital Partner Commerce and Market Sales Leadership, to align on sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in Business or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales management and online sales.
- Proven track record of successfully managing mid-size sales teams.
- Strong business acumen, including analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
