Euronet Worldwide Inc., a leading electronic financial transactions company, is expanding its presence in the LATAM region.

The primary objectives of this role will be to accelerate the introduction of our Independent ATM business in the region by providing technical support, infrastructure, and vendor management in compliance with local and global standards.

We seek an accomplished and ambitious individual to lead the expansion of our ATM network in Peru, with experience that combines strategic insights and a hands-on mentality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with country managers and site selectors to drive business growth.
  • Cooperation with operations teams to provide centralized services.
  • Management of local operations resources and development of strategies for ATM network establishment.
  • Ensuring the highest possible availability of the ATM network and working towards uptime improvement, failure avoidance, revenue increase, OPEX control, and cost optimization.
  • Responsibility for timely execution of installation pipelines, managing local vendors and supplier chains engaged in the IMAC process.
  • Management of relationships with local customers, authorities, vendors, and service providers.
  • Organization of trainings, audits, and monthly performance meetings, as well as SLA control.
  • Invoice control and management.
  • Maintenance of data related to ATM sites, warehouses, and inventory in the company's back-office systems.
  • Management of operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordination with local authorities.
  • Cooperation with police and insurance adjusters in case of attacks on ATMs.
Requirements
  • University degree with an Engineering or Information Technology orientation.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations or Information Technology functions, in sectors such as banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, and additional experience in ATM systems and software will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven track record in planning and operational projects with different platforms and systems.
  • Track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets, and satisfying functional expectations of different parties.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Fluent English and native Spanish.
