The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion. Key qualifications include:

  • Leadership experience developing and motivating a team to exceed client expectations;
  • Experience as an expert in building and maintaining strong customer relationships;
  • 3-5 years previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in a hospital environment;
  • Proficiency with computers and other technology;
  • Background with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations.
