As a sales and customer support representative, you will be responsible for addressing customers' queries, maintaining productivity, and representing the company in a positive way.
Key Responsibilities- Address customers' queries promptly.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Seek solutions and identify trends for the right staff.
- Use departmental resources effectively.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least three months of customer service experience.
- Hold an Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Be available to work in our Miraflores site.
- Work 42 hours a week, Monday-Sunday, between 10 A.M. and 11 P.M., with two days off.
