Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at IQVIA. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the finance and sales teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce documents, collect, record, classify, and file information; handle mail; and prepare routine reports.
- Perform a variety of miscellaneous administrative functions, including financial tasks such as invoicing and collections from external clients, as well as reviewing sales documentation.
- Communicate and support the sales and finance teams through emails or calls, generating reports as necessary.
Requirements and Skills
- Associate Degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or accounting experience, or experience in billing or collections in a company.
