About the Role:
The Site Account Manager will drive sales of aftermarket mining products in South Zone Peru, fostering strong relationships with clients to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry equipment and be skilled in reading technical drawings, manuals, and parts lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain close commercial relationships with key mining clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as their ambassador within the organization
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and create value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize engagement through operational excellence
- Complete regular CRM updates, including contacts, appointments, and opportunities
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience, with 6+ years of sales experience in the mining industry
- In-depth knowledge of industry equipment and ability to interpret technical documents
- Proactive nature, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to identify and engage all levels of buying influences and understand client decision-making processes
