Pricing Experiment Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Scale Up Recruiting Partners. In this role, you will work closely with our high-value clients to manage their pricing experiments and provide expert support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Pricing Experiments:
- Set up new price experiments for clients using our innovative SaaS platform.
- Monitor performance and ensure experiments are running smoothly, providing regular updates and insights backed by data and screenshots.
- Client Communication:
- Host weekly check-in calls with higher-ticket clients, building strong relationships focused on client success and proactive communication.
- Respond to client questions and concerns in a clear, professional manner.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Guide new clients through the technical setup process, including adding code to their React.js / Next.js environments.
- Provide troubleshooting support to ensure smooth implementation and successful project outcomes.
- Experience in Customer Support or Customer Success, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong technical understanding of React.js and Next.js environments, with ability to guide developers as needed.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken) - clear, professional communication is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and success.
