The Opportunity
We are now looking for a Head of Business Development in Peru to replace our current incumbent. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in the Peruvian and Chilean markets. As the successful candidate, you will own the plan, execution, and results. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About You
We are seeking a self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You should be comfortable developing relationships at a senior level, have good communication skills, and be proficient in English (EnglishScore 500+). Relevant experience in education, HR, recruitment, or SaaS would be beneficial. Familiarity with the Peruvian and Chilean context would also be advantageous.
