About the Job:
The Marketing Automation Specialist is a critical role within our marketing team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of marketing automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement
- HubSpot Management: Maintain and optimize the marketing automation integration within HubSpot
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and interpret campaign metrics, distributing performance updates to the marketing team
- Lead Management: Support essential marketing operations in HubSpot, including lead scoring, lifecycle management, nurturing programs, segmentation, and data cleansing
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in marketing automation
- Expert-level proficiency in the HubSpot CRM platform and its marketing automation modules
- Strong knowledge of database management concepts, data hygiene, and best practices
