We are looking for a highly motivated Renewable Energy Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Zelestra. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar park and substation.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Incident Response and Reporting: Respond to incidents occurring in the solar park, recording and analyzing them to identify areas for improvement.
- Report Preparation and Review: Prepare and review maintenance reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Plant Operation and Coordination: Operate the plant in accordance with O&M manuals and system operator requirements, coordinating with the Remote Operations Center (ROC) as needed.
- Technical Skills: Possess intermediate proficiency in office software tools and knowledge of communication systems, SCADA, and video surveillance.
- Experience: Bring at least 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance tasks, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Availability: Be available to work on a shift system.
