We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Call Center Operations to join our team at Pacifica Continental.
About You- 7+ years of experience in the BPO industry or related fields with a proven track record of managing large teams (50+ members) in a high-paced environment.
- Strong experience in client interactions, business reviews, and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for business reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required and adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the performance, quality, and operational efficiency of large-scale call center teams.
- Development and implementation of strategies to drive process improvements and performance optimization.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Preparation and presentation of client reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
