Job Description:
Sales and customer service representative needed to support day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information and assistance to customers and internal organizations.
- Review and prefilter credit structures for retail customers.
- Perform contract administration support and resolving contract-related issues.
- Developing new prospects, establishing customers, and finding opportunities to introduce an organization's products and services.
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Basic requirements include intermediate key credit analysis knowledge, bachelor's degree, and 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
