Our Global Influencing and Programme Group (GIPG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Finance Business Partner (SFBP)** to lead our Asia Finance team. This critical role will provide strategic financial guidance and support to our Asia Regional Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused financial services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Leadership**: Oversee the Asia Finance team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
- **Business Partnering**: Establish strong relationships with Asia Regional leaders, offering expert financial advice and support.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Financial Management**: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- **Team Development**: Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with substantial post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in financial management, business partnering, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
