**Director of Human Resources**

We are a US-based Healthcare Information Technology corporation, solving some of the most challenging and complex problems in the healthcare space, working with the largest hospital systems and insurance companies across the country and are growing.

A bit about us:
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction for the sourcing, retention, personal development and wellness activities and functions that are part of our culture.

**Qualifications**
- Track record in managing HR teams for large companies.
- Master Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR lead/director/VP position, directly involved and leading all HR aspects from sourcing to retention and wellness.
- 5+ years working in the software space hiring developers.
- Experience in a multicultural environment, preferably working with the United States.
- Experienced with ATS (applicant tracking system) e.g. Greenhouse.
- Experienced with online coding skills evaluation e.g. HackerRank, TestGorrila etc.
- Advanced English.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruiting: Our key effort with hiring new talents and head hunting is core to our HR team. The Director of HR must have experience leading recruiters and headhunters.
- Wellness: Lead our wellness team, a unique program and benefit to our company where we carefully tailor services for the individual regarding physical and mental health.
- Retention: Hiring in tech is hard and retention is as hard if not harder. Individuals want to grow within the company and have clear communication while connecting with the goals and vision of the company. As the Director of HR you must demonstrate experience with retention in IT.
- Change management: As the company grows how we work and how we structure the business changes. The Director of HR will have been part of growing organizations where change management has been a theme.
