We are looking for a talented and passionate **Recruiter and Human Resources Specialist** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in talent attraction, selection, and human resources management who enjoy working remotely, with the possibility of transitioning to an in-person role in the future. If you are proactive, bring ideas to improve HR practices, and can handle both remote and eventual in-person responsibilities, we encourage you to apply

**Responsibilities**
- **Remote Employee Monitoring**: Regularly track and report on the performance and compliance of remote workers, providing reports and flagging any performance or compliance issues.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Collaborate in designing and implementing metrics to evaluate the performance of remote workers.
- **Coordination of In-Person Events in Peru**: Organize and coordinate occasional in-person team events for staff based in Peru.
- **Other Duties**: Perform any other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in Remote Recruiting and HR**: Prior experience in recruitment and HR management, preferably in a remote setting.
- **Communication Skills in English and Spanish**: C1 Advanced level in English and high proficiency in Spanish (required).
- **Proficiency in Office Tools**: Particularly Excel, for data tracking and analysis.
- **Ability to Work Autonomously**: Independence and organizational skills in a remote environment.
- **Knowledge of Recruitment and HR Tools**: Familiarity with recruitment platforms and talent management systems.
- **Proactive and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build strong relationships and consistently introduce new ideas to improve HR functions.

**What We Offer**
- **Compensation**: Monthly salary of 2000 soles + a monthly bonus of 50 soles (paid bi-weekly). Equivalent in USD based on current exchange rates.
- **Bonuses**: Half a month’s salary provided in July and December.
- **Vacation**: 15 days of paid vacation for each year of service.
