**Salary**: 1,100 - 1,300 USD (monthly)
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the SLT to document processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement tools that drive efficiency.
- Support rollout of the Metronomics system, ensuring timely communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Work with the Head of Business Development to map markets, source deals, and engage sellers with the company’s value proposition.
- Drive AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases, prioritizing initiatives, and selecting vendors to optimize operations.
- Coordinate and set appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and assist in the implementation of the company’s operating model.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication and deliverables.
- Maintain a high level of organization in all aspects of work.
- Take initiative proactively, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
- Hold the CEO accountable for commitments, tasks, and deliverables.

- Project management, KPI tracking, and time management.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with mínimal direction.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; board-ready presentations
- Ability to manage time effectively using time-blocking and focus strategies.
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and processes.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Confident and assertive personality capable of holding leadership accountable.
- Familiarity with **Slack** and ability to manage communication efficiently.Strong experience with the **Google Workspace ecosystem** (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
- Experience or familiarity with **Metronomics** software is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a related field
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Physical Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**: Monday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. (1hr lunch)
Pay: S/.3,860.00 - S/.4,565.00 per month
**Education**:
