Bay Property Management Group is a full-service rental property management company, handling residential and multi-family properties throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington DC. From property maintenance to leasing, management and financial reports, we take a proactive approach to client services.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage Employees: hire and terminate employees, govern employee relations and employee issues, conduct written evaluations, and mentor, supervise, and develop employees.
- Supervise leasing for the community, ensuring that all documentation is executed and maintained according to procedures. Ensures that leasing staff comply with Fair Housing laws.
- Oversee maintenance coordinators to ensure quality unit turns and prompt resolution of resident maintenance requests of complaints.
- Take ownership for the growth and development of the portfolio, including capital projects to improve the property to better increase the occupancy levels making it a place people want to live and call home.
- Implement a sign-off process to ensure that vacant units that have been turned over are ready for rent. This includes walking of units by the Property Manager.
- Perform regular inspections of buildings with reports to ownership on potential capex issues including what we can do to improve curb appeal.
- Continually strive to improve processes and better the relations with our residents, vendors, and employees.
- Approves invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased.
- Perform\supervise various administrative tasks such as state/local property registrations, security deposit dispositions, warranty registration, coordinating legal issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills**:

- 5+ years property management experience including some supervisory experience with 200+ units
- Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Highly organized and efficient
- Experience with AppFolio is a Plus
- Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with residents and prospects in a professional manner
- Working knowledge of Baltimore Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing mandates

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate management, or related field (preferred).
- Advanced English (required)
- Reliable Internet connection

**Physical Setting**:Fully Remote

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break

Pay: S/.3,315.00 - S/.4,790.00 per month
